Transcend Together is a couples retreat presented by Transcend Psychological, based in the Edmonton, Alberta area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to transcendtogetherretreat@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. We do not collect payment information on this website. Retreat bookings, when open, are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which is used to keep the site secure and running reliably.

How we use it

• To contact you about upcoming retreat dates, availability, and registration.
• To answer questions you send us.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver messages, such as our web host and email delivery service, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until the retreat you expressed interest in has taken place, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

Note on clinical information

This website is for retreat information and waitlist sign-up only. Any clinical or health information shared with facilitators during a retreat is handled under the professional and privacy obligations of Registered Psychologists in Alberta, and is not collected through this site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
